Yes, We were pleasantly surprised :) Everything you read suggest splitting the wastegate gas aprox 12 inches. We split them as far as we could, while still keeping the ability to change with any of the mid pipes out there including stock. It seems that joining them farther down causes a better flow and less turbulence. Also because of where the pipe is able to meet at the bottom of the turn we are able to position the main tube better for optimum flow. We do not like BS and did the testing as best we could to see just the difference in pipes. The results I am sure could have some margin of error due the lack of exact repeatability of a dynojet. But clearly the new pipes work better and are a superior design. I am in no way saying the old ones are bad and everyone should get rid of them, But we are happy we were able to make a nice improvement for those that race and are looking for ways to get a larger powerband.
